Groups of 5 to 25 people + guide are only admitted by booking free of charge on 060608 with pre-purchase of at least 5 tickets.
The remaining tickets can be paid for on the spot at the time of the visit.
It will be explicitly indicated whether radioguides are compulsory.
A booking service is available for groups (max. 25 participants), which does not include the guided tour.
With a reservation you can skip the queue at the ticket office by coming directly to the cashier.
A guided tour service is also available, in various languages, for a fee and by appointment, with a choice of museum and/or exhibition route.
School groups are required to make a reservation.
